Northshore Update

• The project is progressing on schedule.

• Exterior and structural walls are in place through the Third level. The first slab concrete pour on the fourth level is scheduled for April 6th, 2007. The densglass sheeting is in place on the first second and partially the third level. Scaffolding is scheduled to start April 15th, 2007, to prepare for the stucco installation.

• Interior nonstructural partition walls are scheduled on the first level the week of April 2nd. Windows and sliding glass doors are in place on the first level and plumbing and electrical activities have started on the first and second levels.

• The exterior balcony framing is complete through the third level and the concrete balconies are being continuously poured.

• The second level floor ceiling insulation and sheet rock is in place.

• The garage level interior walls are complete, and sheet rocked. The electrical rooms are complete and inspected, and transformers are scheduled for permanent power to the building.
