Northshore Update
June 2007
 
• The roof trusses and portions of the roof decking will be completed on June 29th.

• Scaffolding is up around the building in preparation for the stucco process.

• Windows are 80% completed and 90% exterior doors are complete and non-bearing.

• Block planters on the podium level have been completed.

• Permanent utility power was installed in May.

• Ceilings on levels one, two and three are 85% complete with all wiring, insulation, and sheet rock in place.
